ServicePRO Backstage Menu


Selecting the "ServicePRO" tab in the upper left corner will open the File Backstage Menu. This menu contains features such as request management and administrative options, organized into categories on the left sidebar.

Along with the Top Menu Toolbar, this menu is available for nearly all ServicePRO views and functions if the Interactive User Interface has been enabled from System Options.

  • Selecting this option takes the user to their My Workspace page.

  • Opens the Search Functionality in ServicePRO. For more details on Search functionality, please consult the Wiki page on FInd/Search functionality.
